1.10.x update site location still contains SVNKit 1.10.1

The SVNKit download page lists an Eclipse Update Site Archive pointing to https://www.svnkit.com/org.tmatesoft.svn_1.10.3.eclipse.zip next to an Eclipse Update Site Location pointing to http://eclipse.svnkit.com/1.10.x.

Unfortunately, the update site location does not, as one might assume, contain version 1.10.3. For some reason, it is still stuck at 1.10.1. Can you please fix this?
