Account has expired but we are signed up for the 25 user service plan

I recommended git x-modules to the company I work for thinking this would be a time saver.

However, I have been wrestling with the payment process for weeks now. Currently, our plan has expired, even though I have selected the 25 user service plan, and have a credit card making payments.

I cannot find the actual TMATE support line.

Is community support the only support that’s available? And the problem is that tmate cannot figure out how to take payment?

This is COMPLETE BULLSHIT.

If I cannot get a resolution then I’m going to pull the plug on this and suggest our company not use tmate for anything, period.
