sure, we do have a version of SVN Mirror add-on for Bitbuket DataCenter, here are the details:

Version 5 is only compatible with Bitbucket 8 and above, version 4 is compatible with Bitbucket 6 and 7; they are equal in functionality differing only in Bitbucket version compatibility.
