SVNKit 1.10.2 identifies itself as 1.10.1

It seems that SVNKit 1.10.2 returns 1 for Version.getMicroVersion().

thanks for pointing to this, looks like there were some issues with version number and name in 1.10.2 - we’ll publish 1.10.3 with the fix soon.
