Sync from multiple snv server to one Github Server

Hello,
I am currently setting up subgit.
In my case I have 3 SVN Projects on 3 SVN Servers which I want to sync into 3 Git Projects on one GitHub on prem server. It is important to Sync them as we, sadly, cant migrate to Git entirely.

Following questions:

  1. Can I sync this with one SubGit Installation or do I need one for every SVN server?
  2. How Many licences will I need?
