Unable to access any of the svnkit resources listed in svnkit.com

We’ve run into a possible issue with SVNKit but I have not been able to use any of the resources listed.
Youtrack won’t let me create an account because the license limit has exceeded.
Trying to sign up to the user mailing list gives me a SMTP 550 error ( smtp;550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 unroutable address svnkit-users-subscribe@svnkit.com
Trying to email feedback@svnkit.com returns the same

Is this the correct avenue for submitting bugs?

This is the correct place for submitting bugs. I’ll ask my colleagues to check the issues with the mailing list, thanks for letting us know about the problem!
